 + -1 moreThey came when they said they would, they installed everything in. They built it in my house and installed it. They had done the same work for my neighbor. When they were installing, we saw that most of the appliances were Goodman. When I researched Goodman, there were negative reviews about the company. I drove to the companies offices with my concerns. They brought us directly to the owner and spoke with us for 30 minutes. The owner let us know that they would come and fix anything without worry. There was a small leak, the supervisor came out and fixed it right away. We have a service contract with them. They've always been great to us.
Description of Work: Replaced my gas furnace, hot water heater, and a/c after hurricane Sandy.
