A technician came on a Sunday for a reasonable service charge ($100) to replace a damaged thermo couple on my boiler. The tech was rude when I asked questions about the work and also took off his face mask without asking. He also told me I needed more work than I thought and wanted to charge $700 to replace a valve. Was rude again when I suggested I would get a second opinion, and then I never heard back. Called my regular plumber who came the following day and replaced the thermo couple.
