To begin scheduling was very easy and worked me with for a date and time convenient for me. They were on time, very courteous and professional. They took time to educate me on the various finishes available and their durability. The floor turned out beautiful. A pleasure to work with and will definitely hire them again.

We met with a few Contractors before settling on Volmont because one company was less money but at the end of the day we chose Volmont and we’re very happy with our choice. They felt like Family and not just a Contractor pushing their product. They had the latest technology in billing as well as dust-less sanding and they were quick, professional and great at communicating.

The customer service was absolutely excellent. They were punctual and very pleasant to deal with. Where the floor was already in good condition it came up beautifully. However, they discovered pet stains under a thick layer of varnish and did nothing to fix it. I hired them to sand and refinish the floors which they did but I would have appreciated being given options to fix the black stains before it was sealed and nothing more could be done.

I would like to start my review off by using 1 word to describe the work that Volmont Floors performed - that word is EXCELLENT. I had carpet removed from my stairs and hallway. The stairs were finished and stained and wood was placed in my hallway. I SMILE when I walk in my door to see my beautiful steps that lead up to my beautiful new wood flooring in the hallway. They were very professional and cleaned up after leaving for the day. The pricing was right and I would definitely recommend them to others. You will be very happy with their work. Exactly what I wanted and very professional.

We originally scheduled for just sanding the first floor while another contractor would install flooring on the second of a new home purchase so that we might move in days later... but a hitch with the second contractor allowed Volmont Floors to amazingly finish a gorgeous first floor polishing - aquire a new source of wood remarkably close to the unavailable previous contractors and complete the install literally and perfectly the day before we moved in. We are thankful for the diligence, extra effort and support in our nervous, hectic and trying time in the crunch of moving... priceless service and care. Honestly kept us within our budget as from us losing our minds when the other contractor failed.

He was knowledgeable and personable, did excellent work was punctual and cleaned up after himself.
