Great service and staff

They came days early but with the wrong AC it was supposed to be a 10,000 btu portable unit instead of the 8,000 btu that I received because my living room is open to my kitchen and there’s no way to close the kitchen off. It was supposed to be installed into my patio door which we discussed days before he arrived but he didn’t have the sliding door vent kit so he tapes the window vent together along with cardboard which fell apart. Basically it’s unusable without the proper vent installation. Update: he came to bring a new 10,000 btu unit that turned out to be a refurbished 8,000 btu unit that he tried to pass off as a 12,000 btu and he dropped off another window vent kit after lying about having the sliding glass door vent kit. I’m guessing that he doesn’t know the difference between a window and a door🤷🏽‍♀️Using this company has been nothing but horrific!!!

I found this company online but I was a little skeptical but after speaking to Denton I decided to give him a try. He did a great job on my boiler and was fair with his pricing, I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Dias was very professional and thorough. I called to repair my unit that was set up by someone else . The unit is fairly new and was leaking and the heat shut down in the winter. He did a diagnostic on the units and explained my options. He was very transparent through out the process and was always available when I had questions. I’m glad I went with Full Cycle Heating and Cooling. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to do business with them.
