Ryan went above and beyond with the installation of our window AC unit, even dealing with the “unexpected” that comes with many projects. He has a great personality, respectful, punctual, obviously skilled and was clean with his work. His price was very reasonable for the value he provided. Ryan is at the top of our list of “go to” people.

I recently used St. Louis contracting service to replace both my storm & front doors. Brandon was super courteous & professional! His scheduling for an estimate was extremely flexible since I needed to reschedule for him. The 2 gentlemen that came to do the work were very diligent, cleaned up after themselves & called me to show me their progress as they finished each step. I would defend use them again in the future & would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Our experience was fantastic! We just moved up from ATL and this guy did a fantastic job. He worked around our inflexible super, and set up the ac units in our new place perfectly. We paid him more than he asked because he went so above and beyond what I d ever expect. A genuinely good guy who really cares about the quality of his work. He caulked around our unit to prevent air leaks and showed up the following day after our super didn t remove the safety bars on the day we originally scheduled the installation. I d hire him for anything I needed done to the apartment.

Ryan did an excellent job doing a casement window AC installation that required cutting of plexiglass, etc. He came prepared with all the necessary tools. Very polite and personable. Would definitely hire again.

Ryan was fast and professional. I didn't get an AC bracket and was worried about the safety issues. He did a very solid job and exceeded my expectations! It seems like no one would be able to take that AC off the windows now. lol

Fair price offered recommendations, and mounted my over the stove microwave with no problems. In and out within a hour or so.

Nice people to work with

Overall the work done was good. Work took a bit longer than expected raising the price $50.00. Also neglected to put in the bottom rubber sweep. A minor item but for the price, it should have been all complete. Was aware that only cash was accepted but still requested but did not receive a receipt for records.

He did a great job and the price was good, but didn't tell me before hand that he only take cash and he didn't offer or give me a receipt. Therefore I have no record of his work.

A little pricey but he did a great job. I've been meaning the fit the AC in the window properly for years so I finally found someone and just payed what was asked.
