The process was easy and well handled by both the Designers and the Installers. The Designer knew exactly what we were looking for. The designs were what we hope it would be. It really maximize our spaces. I don't feel as cluttered as before. The Installation had such professionalism in there installation. They were quick and neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They make sure everything was in working order, and that there was nothing out of place. I am glad that I use Empire Closets. I would highly recommend this company to any one and everyone.

Rona was so great in helping us with our his-and-hers closet redesign in Manhattan. She responded in a timely manner, provided us detailed design options, and was flexible with any changes we wanted. She worked with us on materials and layouts to provide maximum storage within our price point. Installation was a breeze - it was completed in half a day. We couldn't be happier with our closet!

In June the designer for Empire Closets came to my home and measured my closets, and then drew plans to redesign my existing closet space with an updated design. The end results would give me more shelfs. On July 7 the crew arrived, on time with the pre cut materials which were ready to install. The installation went well, and at the end of the day a clean up was done. The end results I gained about 30 to 40% more shelf space in each closet. This company advertises in Distinctive Living magazine. I presented the companies add to the designer for $300 off for your first purchase of $1000 or more, but the designer would only provided me with a $200 discount without an explanation. As you can see in the attached photos the sparkling could have been better. Empire Closets did come back to my home after the installation to revise the design of one of the newly installed closets. They did a good job with the redesign.
