Terry was Great ! He was very honest and very helpful to fix our dishwasher for a good price . I will always hire him if we need .

I do not recommend. I called him about an icemaker that was making ice but very slowly. I gave him the make model and serial number. He showed up with the icemaker, looked at the fridge, but didnt even open the icemaker cabinet and said "you need to call Whirlpool to diagnose" WHAT?? And he charged me a service call for nothing. I called another appliance repair company who came, replaced the icemaker and now we have ice. I have no idea what his deal is, but what a waste of time and money. Don't waste your time.

Terry came at the time promised and took one look inside the freezer and knew what the problem was - coils were frozen over because the coil defroster was broken. It took a while to steam all the ice off the coils and then he replaced the coil defroster.

Excellent service and responsiveness from Terry. He was able to quickly, safely, and professionally make the modifications necessary to install all of the appliances. He is a very nice person and very knowledgeable.

Terry arrived on time. Only one day advance notice to him. Repaired the machine in one hour. Wife paid $189.00, I wasn't there. I later called and left an answering machine message for Terry asking what in the world drove the cost to $189.00. He DID NOT RETURN MY CALL.

We called for service first thing in the morning and made an appointment for the early afternoon the same day. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, and did the repair. I thought the price was reasonable and the expert service was appreciated.
