Virus was removed but I did not get to speak with the tech when I went to pick up the computer. That was my only regret but I will call him to discuss some computer issues.

He was not very helpful in answering questions.  Did not call me when it was ready.  Did not really fix my computer and I will be taking it somewhere else.  Still having some of the same issues.
