Tom was quick to get back to us the day after a windstorm when he was undoubtedly bombarded with calls. A day later, he had someone to our house to complete all repairs quickly. His team did great work and we would gladly call for any future needs.

Sideline construction install new glass sliding doors.  These replaced existing doors.  We have used Sideline before for all our windows and our roof.  Finally, with a budget for new sliding door, Sideline sent us to his supplier to look at doors. Once we selected the door we wanted, he had it installed within 2 weeks. Another top notch A+ job done! He removed the existing door, disposed of it, and installed a new door very quickly. We couldn't be happier.

Having been extremely pleased with the experience of having this company replace our roof, we had all existing windows removed and new windows installed, even in the garage.  Mr. Smith brought samples for us to view, touch, and manipulate. He talked us through the choices and we have been so pleased with his advice.  The job was done as promised, in the time frame promised and within the budget discussed. NO SURPRISES, not a one.

Such a great experience! Roof was done in one day. The following day, a crew returned to clean-up any small pieces of debris remaining. Our neighbors were full of compliments at the annual neighborhood holiday party about our new roof and the crew who did the work. The price was great, everything was done as promised, the crew was professional and we have been nothing but pleased.

They were recommended to me by my cousin who had had them do three roofs on three previous houses that he owned. We got three bids because we weren't local and I hadn’t been home to do big projects in thirty years. Sideline Construction was absolutely fantastic. The salesman was just wonderful. They actually did end up having the lowest price. The workmanship was exquisite and beyond belief. Jamie did it almost single handedly. He had one other guy helping him who was more like the laborer person. The caring of the guy and the thoroughness was just fantastic. He did a really nice job. The price was good. At the end, I talked to the owner on the phone and he was real nice.

It went really. He is a really honest and upfront kind of guy.

This job was done some time in the spring. Kid who came to give me estimate told me all the workers were subcontractors that they use every year. We discussed what I wanted done and specific changes from what I currently had. He just scribbled some figures in a notebook and told me what the job would cost. As I had a lot of things going on and was missing a gutter, I did not have time to get a bunch of estimates so I said ok. Only then was I provided with written figures.  I was told that some one would call me to schedule a date and let me know time they would be arriving. I received a call late in the day from the contractor doing the work and he said something about the changes and what I wanted done. He also said  that he would be there the next day around noon and to make sure there was an outlet he could access.  Early the next morning I received a call from the same contractor asking if he could come over since his morning job cancelled. I told him no since I had to work and had already taken the afternoon off. He said I didn't need to be there. I told him I did need to be there since we had to discuss the specific changes I wanted done. He seemed put off that I would not let him go there early. He said he would call me back. When he did, he said he would be there as originally planned. He did not show up until after 2. I had even called him around 1 pm to see where he was and he replied that he told me around noon. I told him around noon does not mean an hour later.  He put up the gutters, called me outside to look at them and they were white. The work order said tan. When I mentioned this to him, he said he didn't have that or he only had white. Something to that effect. He also left a long piece of wood with spikes sticking out of it at the curb instead of taking it with him. This was part of the job. My garbage pickup wasn't for days.  I called the owner the next day and told him everything. He offered to have the guy come back out and do the job over correctly but I told him that I did not want to take more time off work and that was an unnecessary waste of material. So he offered to take a couple of hundred dollars off the price.

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would.  The work was finished exactly when they said they would with no problems.  I have referred them to many people.

.  job went well.  We had one installer on site.  He worked very efficiently, was great with our kids, cleaned up well, and answered plenty of homeowner questions.

we're very happy with the windows, the rooms are noticeably warmer and quieter.  The windows tip in for easy cleaning, and we can actually open them!

Weather plays a big part in whether or not a roofing job gets done on time. We had a domino effect of delays in our development when the weather got too hot mid week and then rainy on weekends, not good weather for roof work. As far as I can tell, the work was done well. I don't go up there. My new skylight does not leak. I was shocked at how much stuff fell into my home, though. Materials fell through the open hole and made their way down my stairwell into my living room. I was amazed at how far nails and shingles can go. The job was finished quickly. I would recommend that a consumer use a lot of interior coverings when getting sky lights put in. You have to provide your own. I wanted a sun tunnel installed in my bathroom and they agreed to try that (not "formal" or in the contract) but then backed out, saying it required too much interior work that is not in their realm. Negotiations about this delayed my search for a contractor to do the project by about a month, which did not make me happy.

Tom was prompt giving me an estimate. His price was considerable less than others. Windows arrived on time. Installation proceeded nicely (with some slight delay due to extreme cold; need to be at least 20 degrees for caulk to work properly). The installer, (Doug) was very professional, courteous and thorough. Quality of the work was first rate.
