The provider was professional, punctual and gave me an estimate to remove counter tops in the kitchen. I did not use his service but I was impressed by his knowledge. I will call him for future jobs.

I have been very happy with him. He does a little of everything. His prices are reasonable to high. He is very thorough and he has good follow-up.

I met Arthur quite by accident. He was packing up from a different job for a different unit owner and I asked him to come over to give me an estimate on fixing the previous workers shoddy work. He gave me a special price because I used a wheelchair and he felt the previous workers had taken unfair advantage of me. All in all, Punch List Man is the top of my list for contractors. He is easy going, friendly and what seems to me, fair.

He did a great job. He is very easy to work with, very personable, does a good job and if you need to pay in credit card then he will do that too which can help cash flow at times. It is easy to get hold of him either through phone or by email. He is very responsive when it comes to email. He is always pretty assertive and gets back to you very quickly. I have not noticed any problem or disagreed with him as he does a very good job. It takes a little bit of time for him to get to the job and it just because he is a busy guy. So it does a little bit of time to get to the task. His price is very reasonable. If I have made an appointment to meet him then he is always punctual.
