+ -1 morePride Mark built our new house. For the price we paid, the workmanship is fair. We had a home inspector go through the house before we closed, and he confirmed we did not get our money's worth. The subcontractors seem to be very mediocre. Pride Mark is very defensive when the workmanship is challenged. Homeowners are now just starting to find all the shortcuts the subcontractors took.
Description of Work: We had an issue before we closed. Pride Mark was very slow in acknowledging the issue and even slower in reaching resolution. They actually got nasty about us even questioning their work.
