Pharaoh's Hairum - Fairport Salon

I'm not going back there. They added on tax and I had to add a tip. When I first went there, I wanted to get a perm and the hair dresser said that my hair was in bad shape and wouldn't take a perm. So I scheduled one and when I came in she said it still wasn't healthy enough. She wanted to sell me something that cost 30 dollars and when she put some on, I didn't like it, it was sticky. So I returned this bottle of 30 dollar stuff and I think it was 3 times that I went for a perm that was scheduled and she said my hair wasn't ready for it. The last time, she started to wash my hair and she said, 'you're just having a haircut today, right?' When I had scheduled a perm and I said, 'no, I came for a perm.' She had only thought I was there to get a hair cut and she had 2 other people coming in. So I just went there for the appointment thinking I was getting a perm and got sent home. I eventually did get the perm from her and they charged a lot yet it wasn't that great. I did go back for one more haircut afterwards and then I gave up. I wondered why she just didn't tell the two people that she had scheduled for haircuts to stay home because they were still home. To me professionalism means competence, having integrity and being polite. When I had other appointments, the hair dresser would make sure to ask whether I wanted another one and this time, she didn't even say anything about another appointment so I don't think she wanted me back. I didn't yell at her or anything but she asked how I liked the perm, and I said I'd had worse. I don't think she liked that so she didn't bother to ask me whether I wanted another appointment.

They are excellent. They are friendly, experienced and do a good job. The atmosphere is also very clean.

Good but for a trim exceptionally to high a price.

Kelly, my hairdresser, always does a great job and responds to requests if I want to change my hairstyle. I hadn't had my eyebrows shaped before, but now I'm hooked and will do it every month when I get my haircut. Everyone is pleasant and professional and it's not a wallet buster.

Place is very professional, never a wait, always friendly staff. They take your jacket for you when you arrive, ask if you'd like anything to drink, very well taken care of and pampered

I think Pharaoh's Hairum - Fairport Salon's pricing is just about right compared with other salons. They have very talented workers. They're very good. They routinely keep up to date with the latest styles and products that are out there. Everyone is very friendly and very accommodating. They listen to what you want to do and they are very responsive. Their place is very clean, up to date and well kept. It's very, very nice.

Excellant cut and color. Everyone was very nice and informative!

They are a very upscale establishment that caters to their clients without overcharging.
