Home inspection preparatory to house sale revealed spots of condensate leakage inside furnace, though it was working fine. Called Northern and they came out the same day. Parts for this oldie hard to come by and expensive, so it was a very good thing they managed to fix and calk leaking plastic pipe. Plugged another small leak and found a third in the motor. Managed to get motor ordered and installed by the very next day (2 visits total, in 2 days). Excellent, prompt service, personable repairman patient with explanations, good consideration for keeping costs in check.
