They were very professional - gave us the possibilities for how to do the project and a contract right away. When the town delayed on the permit, they pumped the system to accommodate our out-of-town guests and then they finished the project in three days. Love Emmett!

I was impressed. 1. They showed up early for perform the work. 2. Both workers were extremely friendly and professional. 3. To access the tanks cover they carefully dug out the topsoil and placed it on a tarp. 4. Deep shovel cuts were used to ensure that the grass would recover quickly 5. Explained in great detail how the tank operated and whether it was operating correctly. 6. Carefully replaced the grass sod like a jigsaw puzzle so you would be hard put to see that they had even been there. Nice job! 7. Their prices were very competitive with other vendors I had priced out for comparison. The dugout was included in the price. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing a service like this.

On Time as usual! Have been using them for 2 years now. Will have to look into getting a new system installed since the original system is done with since it is mostly water in the tank now. Thanks to Brian as he was here before as well!

|Have used Meyers for years at our main house, and used them for an inspection and pumping of a new property. Did the job but also advised that pumping interval could be extended by an additional year and that some upgrade work that was planned was not really necessary. They have built a very good level of trust with us.

From the beginning of the project through the end Meyer Environmental was professional, informative, thoughtful, considerate of my existing gardens, prompt, and thorough. The general contractor was present several times during the the installation, reviewing the work and answering questions that we had. The workers themselves were professional and helpful in keeping us informed of what was going on. When their excavation disrupted a large bed of established hosta, they carefully moved the plants and ultimately replanted them when the job was completed. The whole process was intriguing and took less time than we anticipated- 1 1/2 days. We expected an extreme level of noise from the machine that dug the 4' plus deep trenches but it was quieter out back than if we were using the riding mower.
We were very happy with the work, the employees, and the completed project. We'd recommend Meyer Environmental for any job they do. Their professionalism and the quality of their finished work along with their concern for making certain we understood what was going on was exceptional. To top it off, they calmed the fears of our fidgety doxy-poo who is very territorial, making our job easier.

2 Men arrived in a clean, neat tank truck. Surveyed the yard. Located our tank. Cut sod square out and dug down to tank opening. Pumped the tank clean. Watched them actually flush and vacuum again at the bottom. Kind of gross but they were remarkably neat and quick. Checked filter and baffle (?). Said everything looked fine. Measured location of tank opening from the corning of our garage and mapped it on a file card. Said they use it to relocate the tank on the next visit. Back filled the whole, replaced the sod square, left a card with name of techs and were gone in 25 minutes.

We have used Meyer Septic Service for many years and have no complaints. We have had them forever and they are very responsive if there is a problem. They are great at completing the task immediately.
