Jim has been our go-to man for building, remodeling and repairs for the past 25 years.  He has installed two windows, repaired roof leaks, put in drywall and insulation in our garage and used first rate materials.  He work is second to none.  He comes on time, leaves on time and cleans up after himself. No hidden costs on Jim's bills.  He is honest and professional. We would not use anyone else to do work on our home.

Jim completed the work in three days and was very meticulous from strat to finish. He was very prompt each and every day and minimized the disruption during construction. Jim was referred to us from a neighbor who also had used Jim to perform work in their townhouse. Because of Jim's quality of work, it is difficult to break into his very bust schedule. My advice is to stay patient and wait until he can fit you into his work schedule. We would highly recommend Jim to anyone considering a remodeling project. OUTSTANDING!

He is absolutely tremendous. I have used him prior to this also. He is absolutely phenomenal. If he says he will be there at 3, he is there at 3. Anytime you have a question he will answer you. If he does not answer you immediately then he will call you back immediately. He makes sure everything is done the way you lie it or he makes it right. The bathroom was a complete tear out. He has also done some ceiling work involving sky lights and windows. He is phenomenal and triple A. I thought the pricing was high so I checked around. It is not high it is actually pretty good. I watched him build the house across the street. He uses the same small crew of people all the time. He is trustworthy, honest and does beautiful work. I highly recommend him for his cleanliness because you never would know he was there. He is professional and the whole package wrapped into one.

Jim Krause is very thorough and follows all activities through to completion. He returned all phone inquiries promptly. He started to review what was going to take place about 2 months prior to the start of the project. During the renovation, he communicated each step of the process before it occurred and answered questions thoroughly. He ensured that all sub contractors were engaged and provided timely service. We continued living in the house during the renovation and Jim ensured that all services were available during the construction period. He cleaned up his work space at the end of each day and ensured that the sub contractors did the same. Jim ensured that the materials utilized were of the best quality and at times sent different materials back to suppliers for better quality. He was always at the work site to ensure that all work was done according to specification. We were so happy with the work that Jim Krause and his subcontractors did. This was the second time that we used him and have recommended him to our friends and neighbors.
