I bought 4-6 hours of services, and needed season end raking. I was out if town, but contractor called and said it would be an 8+ hour job. Told him to go ahead. On return, part of the back yard was still not done.

What was done was good.

Responded within 3-4 days. Poked around on roof, and re-flashed the valleys where he thought it was coming in. Didn't ask to be paid -- at least until the rook got tested with a good downpour. Downpour has now occurred; no leaks; awaiting his bill.

I spent $4071 for the service. It was a competitive price. I needed a new roof because the people, who had put on the roof earlier, had not done a good job. He tore off the roof and reinsulated it. He put in a new skylight. He did everything. I have, since then, had horrible rainstorms and the roof is no longer leaking. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up to perfection after he was done. He was just a neat and clean guy. It was a disgusting job, but he did it beautifully. When he completed the work in three days, everything was picked up at the end of the day. I would recommend him because of the price and the expertise of his service. He knew exactly what needed to be done when he examined the roof. He told me exactly what he had found and what needed to be done. He also told me how he would do it and did exactly like he said he would. He was really professional. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to others. He does all kinds of work. He will make you a new kitchen, a new bathroom, a new deck, a new roof, and other things. He is a general carpenter. He has a man working with him, who is an electrician. He is equally good. I will definitely use his services in the future.
