Both requests were discussed with my vet and I received a quick reply. Between my 1st dog and current dog, I have been dealing with Fairport Animal Hospital for over 20 years and would highly recommend them. Both my dogs had health problems, so I was and still am a frequent visitor to the office. Can't say enough good things about them.

Fairport Animal Hospital was recommended by a neighbor and we've used them before so we brought our pets back there. I have no real opinion about them, they are the same as everyone else. Their prices are high no matter where you go the prices are high. The cat is still alive, so who knows about the quality, I have no opinion neither here nor there.

I like them a lot. We have been using them for many years, it is over 30 years now. The price was reasonable. In terms of punctuality, whenever we needed them quickly, we were able to get them.

They knew he never had a urinary tract infection, but still treated him for that. They were expensive. My animal was always sick and they didn’t do much to cure my animal. They always charged me for something but never fixed the problem. So I got really upset because they were really expensive. So I just switched to a different vet. The only problem I had with them was that they kept charging me without fixing the problem. I would not use their services again in the future.

The visit went very well. Because I have an older dog we did senior blood work, talked about arthritis management and pain medication, and my dog got boosters on his vaccines.

I am very happy with the services in this clinic. They are very punctual when you make an appointment and are almost never late. I think their prices a little higher than the usual because in other areas of the city I have found several cheaper prices. One thing I really like about my vet is the fact that one time I picked up a wild animal which had been hit by a car, (he was just laying in my front yard very hurt so I didn't want him to die in my yard) I took him to the animal clinic, and the veterinarian said there wasn't anything he could do to save it. So he had to euthanize him and he didn't charge me anything for it. He said he would take care of any wild animals brought to him for free.

I think that their rates are comparable. I mostly go there because I like the people and the staff. They do have Saturday hours for people who need them. I have not had any emergencies, so I do not know about that part of their business.

We started using their services this year for all of our pets. The staff is very professional and they handle the animals with care. We believe the price for services is fair and the environment is very clean. We would recommend them to others.
