I call the company and told someone in the office that I needed a tarp on my roof. It was finally put on a few days later. There was a communication problem because I was not clear that I wanted them to do the roof. It took several months but when scheduled it was done within a few days the of schedule.
All in all when wanting something done be sure you are clear in what you want.
