I was concerned with starting the replacement of the pool liner, with fears that the job would not be done by the memorial service reception at my home. The day of the service the workers were still arriving to finish the work on our pool, which they agreed would already be done by this date. We were lied to repeatedly about when the company would come to do the work; their punctuality to get the job done was lacking. When replacing the lines for the pool, I tried to make the pool shed preparation as easy as possible for this company to install the lines. Dennis called me and complained about my extra effort to accommodate for their company. My thinking was to make their job easy and instead I was literally yelled at for drilling holes in my pool shed. We bought a refurbished pump from this company as well and the pump ended up failing. Dennis checked a few things within the pump. He ended up reverting the conversation back to the pool shed instead of talking about the pump issue. Upon removal of a tiny piece of mulch, he ended up charging us an $80.00 service call.
