I had a very positive experience with B & D Contractors. They completed the installation of a french door unit and a walk in door. I have since hired them to install a paver porch and step outside the french door unit. I have also received a quote from them to install drywall. I recommend B & D Contractors.

Painters were personable. They kept me informed of progress and concerns. They came when they said they would.

They were a little slow getting started but mainly due to weather. Final product is great. They are painting now and agreed to do some extra paint work from my original request.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. This is a team of unprofessional people, do not waste your time with these folks. They will start your job, tell you it will be one week, and will not show up for days and weeks at a time. They left my $20,000.00 deck looking a wreck, we do not even want to use it and are ashamed to show it to anyone. We have hired another company to replace the deck. Ryan Miller is the General Manager who was in charge of my job and I would not recommend him to work for anyone. He is always late and often does not even show up or calls. I plan to take them to court for poor workmanship. My deck is not level, he put caulking all over my deck, which once it got dirty it looked terrible. The handrail fails off my deck, my sliding glass door that B and D relocated does not open as it should, the screen does not slide as it should. To Chris, one of the owners of this thing they want to call a company, we begged him over and over to come over and look at the wreck of a job his crew did to our brand new house, and he never showed up. We went to the BCB on them as they even stopped taking our calls or responding to us, as if the wreck they caused in our home was ok. When they moved the sliding door, they refused to come to paint the wall they repaired from the door move. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE, I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They owe me $10,000.00 for the mess they caused at my home. We plan to see them in court and will be sharing many photos of the unprofessional work performed by B and D Contracting.

Project Coordinator Robert P was always communicative. The work proceeded efficiently... Doug cleaned up after himself every day... the work is exceptional. I’ve already made two referrals. B&D will get first rights of refusal on any work I need in the future.

Best remodelers in the area! Conscientious, friendly and great work ethic! Robert’s team showed up on time, always called ahead, worked diligently to make small issues out of potential big ones and kept us apprised of their timeline. The cost of the job was very fair and now we have a bathroom we are proud to show to friends and family! Definitely give them a call...you’ll be glad you did! It’s reassuring to know these trustworthy folks live and work nearby.

Created a new deck and reinforced our deck for a hot tub.

Robert, the project manager, was responsive, timely, and very helpful. He came through with all that was agreed upon for our deck project. The crew was a talented team of hard-working, responsible, and high-quality craftsmen. We were very pleased with the whole project from start to finish.

Kudos to the project manager Robert and his hardworking crew. They all worked together as a team to finish the project in a timely manner. My new house entrance doors & deck are beautiful. Although the start of the project had to be put on hold & a little time consuming, due to an unexpected problem, obtaining the building permit from the Town Of Webster, (this did cause some unplanned frustration for all of us), In the end, however, the project was done in a timely manner. I also commend the work crew for there efforts in having to work outside during the very hot & humid heat wave they experienced on this project. B&D & the team are very professional, efficient, friendly, accommodating, and will go above & beyond when asked to do so. I highly recommend them and thank them for doing such a great job! 👍👏🔨😎

We hired B & D Contractors for our new deck build. Robert was outstanding in getting back to us and adjusting the plans to what we wanted after an initial rocky start. They were able to start the deck within a few weeks and completed the job on time. They were very reasonably priced. They did a great job! Would hire them again if needed.
