The curb itself was great but the custom color they promised did not happen. I showed them pictures from their website and spoke with the on site manager but all I got was a monochromatic gray. I was told the “rock” would have tan, plum,and black accents. When I expressed my concern Eric told me they could tint the already cured concrete. Even I know that if you just add color to the top it most likely would rub off eventually. The company rep never even offered to come over to look at the job. They were doing work at my neighbors today and I had hoped Eric would have stopped by to say something but he did not. I finally asked for 25% back and they agreed without even a simple apology. I should have asked for at least 50% as I have to look at this every day. . I felt taken advantage. I will learn from this hopefully The pictures below is the gray stone that was installed
