I like Bernadette Mahle's availability by cell or regular phone, her professionalism, her accuracy as to how the process would go, and her accuracy as to list price which I was able to move forward quickly because she priced it right. We went through the steps as to what would be needed to purchase the house and everything went just like she said. She's personable, very experienced, she knows how to deal with difficult people, and she knows her way around the regulations of New York state very well. I am using her again.
