GRACE

At first it was fine. They were supposed to put down the first coat of oil based poly and then the rest of the coats were waterbased, I did pay extra for an additional coat and I wanted all the coats to be oilbased high gloss. What I got was patch jobs that are lower then the origanl wood, the saw mark were the owner cut into the floor to determine what kind of wood it was is still there, most of the cable holes were never patched with the dowels like they said, and you can see where they poured the poly onto the floors and never spread it. Also, it took 2 weeks for him to come back and do the door thresholds, and I had to use someone elses phone to get him to answer his...he even said "oh you got me, I don't usually answer the phones expecting them to be disgruntled customers". After living with these floors I question the poly finish...totally dull and uncleanable.
