The Go To Guy

I had wanted to put in a fence at the back of my property since I moved here. The house was unoccupied for 3 years and a line of weed maples and grape vines had come up. Also a patch of beautiful but annoying flowering quince was spreading. Over the cours of two years I took down the two biggest trees, but with yard waste disposal rules being what they are, it took me most of both summers to have them taken away. I complained about this to a co-worker who said, and quot;I think my brother-in-law does that sort of thing.and quot;
Yes. He does.
I have a and quot;complicatedand quot; back yard, with raised beds, fruiting vines, and a productive asparagus bed right in the middle of everything. It took 3 days. I usually don't get home until long after dark, so I'd open the upstairs bathroom the next morning and marvel at the progress. He not only took down the trees, but dug out the roots -- AND the roots of the two trees I'd already taken down. He carted everything to the landfill and not one asparagus shoot was bothered; not one garlic plant stepped on. I was prepared for the worst; I got magic.

I just really like his fairness and his attitude. He just works with one other person.
