While my inclination is always to give the benefit of the doubt as I'm in a service business my experience over several years with this business hasn't been the best and I moved on.

Overall, the job went well. I am happy, and I would use them again.

They were extremely hard to get a hold of. They never answered phone and never returned calls. We were told all plants would be available from their "supplier" but they substituted plants we didn't ask for and when we visited the "supplier" ourselves, the plants were there. We asked for plant tags that identified each plant but they couldn't accommodate our request. I would not contract them again!

They give you a contract from which you can choose the services that you want and then they give you the approximate cost for it. Their contract was reasonable and they did exactly what was written in the contract. The guys are all good and they do what they are supposed to do. They are neat and clean. They are efficient. They always have someone available to answer the phone between 8 and 5 on the weekdays and between 8 and 12 on Saturdays. They are very professional and are in uniform.

When they give you estimate, they give you a written contract specifying all the services that they are going to provide, how the services are going to be provided, and what the cost of it is. You can pick from it like a hotel menu as to what you want. They are efficient, neat, and do their job well.

Weed spraying went well, it took care of everything I wanted it to. Landscaping came out nice, I was very happy with the job.

Lawn treatment was spotty - weed application did not extend to the edge of the lawn resulting in a 6-inch row of weeds all around the edge. I called twice to reschedule the requested estimate after they canceled and received no response. After two weeks I used another service to grade the lawn and replace the sidewalk, but called to ask if they could seed the new lawn. No response. Called again to ask and to request that the second application NOT be applied until after we had spoken. Call never returned but second application WAS applied. Invoice came for two applications. I tried to use the contact information on the website but it did not work. I did use the comments section but received no response. I wrote a check for the first service and attached a letter stating that I did not feel I should be billed for the second application due to my request that it not be applied. I also told them to terminate service immediately. Third application applied yesterday, although check was cashed a week ago, which proves they were in possession of the attached letter. Website states that "You will often get a return call within two hours, always within 24 hours" - this has absolutely NOT been my experience - I haven't heard from them since THEY called to cancel the estimate visit. They bought out a provider that I was quite happy with, and my lawn is quite small, thus the low price, but it is not worth even that. I'm still waiting for them to return the call I left three hours ago to ask them to specify what treatment was made so that my new provider does not duplicate. Very unhappy and would never recommend.
