The car was in pristine condition and low miles which made it for insurance repairs, ($500) deductible instead of total loss or junk parts. They got the job done.in due time, No doubt everyone needs it done the day before yesterday. I asked it they would fix 2 stone chips from highway repair crews. ESTD (easier said than done), they were not fixed ,peace gift given before the request. It looked as before the injury.

Great selection of used Toyotas.  Salesman ran us through different sizes, price ranges and mileage ranges quickly.  At least a couple choices at every price and mileage point.  Tried a couple on for size.  Test drove one that looked like a fit and took the car home 24 hours later.  I hate car shopping and this could not have gone any better.  No nonsense.  Trade allowance.  All of the insurance and licensing taken care of with no effort on my part.
Nice "unveiling" of the car for my daughter's first car.  Made it special for her too.
Second car I've bought here.  Will be coming back for more.

It's a lease. So I don't pay anything for the first two years. The staff are very good. The staff were prompt and excellent with getting me into an appointment. Their service is excellent. They were the best out of two dealers on getting a lease.

Their service is phenomenal. If you buy a car they actually go to the showroom and they have balloons, cake and congratulations and stuffs for us. So this goes on at least for three times a day as their business is incredible. I had a dead battery replaced, just missed the 24 months exchange of battery and I had to pay 50%. Their service is excellent. I really feel that I get what I pay for.

The standard service was no drama at all. No issue with getting the window fixed. It took a little longer than the usual 5,000 mile maintenance due to the window issue - they had to remove and replace the interior door panel, not a simple task.

The service was adequate - no specials or discounts, no interest on the part of the service rep. Also, they lost one of my hubcaps (meaning they did not put it on properly and it came off within 2 miles after I picked up the car). I called the service rep and they would not take any responsibility nor would they share in the cost of replacing the hubcap. This was my first experience with this dealership. I have gone to other Toyota dealerships for 10 years in other cities and this was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Usually Toyota dealerships go out of their way to be sure the customer is treated well, fairly, and helps in every way possible. Not this one.

Drove up to door of service bay and door opened and drove into indoor staging area - nice. Service and quot;coordinatorand quot; came over and checked VIN#, did visual inspection, and we discussed what they were going to do. I actually had about 7500 miles on the truck, Tundra, since we had towed a camper to Florida. We discussed whether the oil should be changed since I had done about 3000 miles of towing. Decided not to change it as it is synthetic oil and the color was not too bad. They had a nice waiting area with coffee/tea. The entire facility is new within the past year. I was there about an hour.

Their service is terrific. They sell terrific cars. Their price is good and satisfactory. I would use them in the future.
