GAULT AUTO SPORT BMW

How did it go overall?  Bad.  Real bad.  Where do I start?  What we were told during the sales process has been anything but true.  The gap between promises made and promises delivered is a mile wide. 

Example: you can get a loaner car, of the same premium brand automobile you purchased, when your premium brand automobile is being serviced.  If you don't mind waiting a month.  Or longer. 
They said we should have no worries about purchasing this used, premium vehicle as they sold it new and have serviced it every step of the way.  They know everything about it.  But they didn't seem to know that major systems of the car were malfunctioning.  Subsequently, they were very reluctant to make it right.  I had to go to the owners of the dealership to get the Service Department to snap to attention.
We have caught the Sales Manager in a clear misrepresentation of the facts.  Inexcusable.
I'm sorry, there is no way to sugar coat this experience.  If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have gone somewhere else.  I surely will in the future.
