from beginning to end it was very good.

Overall the job was fair . The installer was the biggest issue. He did the tile work after a month we noticed the grout cracking. The hardwood had gaps between boards. Endwell Rug had to come out 3 times to fix all the issues. I will say they took all of our issues seriously and tried to fix them but the pain of having to call each time leave work met the person from Endwell Rug, coordinate with the installer to make the repair got really old. The hardwood products they are selling are sub par too. We didn't do the best, we didn't do the cheapest, we did the middle of the road and it is terrible. We are super careful on it which is not how I wanted the main floor of the house.I wanted durable hardwood not these floors and i told the sales person that so not sure why this floor was recommended. I've noticed another board warping just like the other and know I need to call them again.

I don't have time to detail everything, but from the moment I walked into the store until the products were installed, I was treated respectfully, intelligently, and honestly. Any time there was an issue involving a creative decision/choice that would affect price, I was consulted. The salesman went above and beyond his role to ensure that I was happy with the work his company had to offer.

The installer was very experienced and made some very good recommendations which proved to be helpful. He was prompt and finished the job in the time frame that he had scheduled. The sales people were very helpful. We have work to be done in the future and have used this company in the past and would not hesitate to continue to do business with them.

They did an excellent job. They were here for 3 or 4 hours. They worked around the furniture. They did a super job and were quite professional. They also took out the mold from the old laminate floor. They installed carpet in my sun porch in the past as well.

Everything went as planned.

Showroom staff were very helpful and not pushy. Installers were VERY professional, clean and accommodating. They got the entire house done in one day they took great care to not damage our freshly painted walls. I would hire them again based on the installers alone, even if the showroom and prices weren't so great.
