Veterinarians
i have been going to Dr. Wilhelm at Endicott Animal Hospital for years, ever since my boss at the grooming shop recommended him. He can be somewhat gruff with owners, and blunt about the needs of the pet, but he is a good vet - good with animals and i have been satisfied with the care my pets have received. Over the years he has seen all the animals in our collective household - 2 dogs, 5 cats, an occasional rodent, and most recently a wounded and very angry Guinea Fowl. Vet care is never cheap, but i have been satisfied with his prices as reasonable. His staff has been efficient and competent, dealing with my animals and sometimes my paranoia or distress with compassion and humor when appropriate.
