The p-trap replacement was done well and quickly. The employee I spoke with on the phone was helpful and courteous, and the plumber who came to the house was courteous, efficient, and did the job well. When they had an opportunity to exploit my lack of knowledge on a separate plumbing problem, they chose honor over profit by pointing out that it was probably a simple fix that I could do myself. They've got my future plumbing business.

He returns phone calls. He was on time. What just shocked me was when they came to the door they put little booties on their feet to keep the house clean. They were very neat, clean, and professional. They offered tips, helpful tips. We are new to the area so they actually recommended other professionals that we asked them about. They were polite and courteous. There were no negatives at all.

He was adorable.  I called ten minutes before having a house full of people coming over. He said he would be there in ten minutes and he was there and fixed it. He was able to give me a discount also.
