EXCELLLENT!! I could not have been more pleased with the work, professionalism, knowledge and 'caring the for the customer attitude'. Costs were more than reasonable and skill in using the their equipment was very impressive, and even the digital camera equipment was great! I would highly recommend this company and these men to anyone. Thank you, thank you!!

It took a while and he called in a 2nd opinion but they got the job done at a fair price.

He did a great job, quick and complete. Also used Brain Drain a few years ago late at night on a holiday when the toilet plugged. That was complicated due to the nature of the problem, and he did an excellent job fixing that, too.

Great. They arrived on time, cleared a very clogged bathroom sink drain within a short period of time, and were very personable. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing need in the future.

 Warren was recommended to me by my Plumber Tim Cook and so I called him. He called back in an hour and came right over and worked on our problem for more than an hour. He is tops all the way. Very professional and personable and is honest and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. You won't find anyone better and he stands by his work.

He was punctuate, articulate, and skillful. He did an examination of the vertical part of the heating pipe, and found a way to examine one horizontal section as well. At the critical moment, when the camera reached a turn, he decided not to go on because he worried the cable could be damaged by the edges of the joint. This decision sounded a reasonable one.
The unfortunate consequence of this decision was that there was still a critical section of the ductwork that was not examined. I, the customer, was still puzzled by the heating problem of that room. I spent $150 for 90 minutes of work. In my opinion, he should have offered to complete the examination from another opening. I would be even be willing to pay $50 more to do so. This was the only reason I could not give him an A rating. A real perfect job should be a completed job.

If you ever need any kind of plumbing done, this is the company to go to. They treat your home as if it was their own. Iv'e had them on several occasions, and they go well beyond what you would expect.

We had storm drain problems and the Drain Brain was courteous and professional in every way. He communicated that he was running late rather than have us wonder == communication == how refreshing!!! He has been back for other work and is set to be back one more time for other drains and we should be set for a long time. Highly recommend Warren Spaulding as the Drain Brain.

He ran a camera down the drain and found out why it kept backing up and fixed that problem so there will be no future problems. Warren the owner and operator is a great man. They did a fantastic job. Pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done and for it to be the weekend.

These people are just lovely. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were very nice. The same people come each time. It is a privately owned business. Two men are partners who work together. The come and explain what the problem is and how to prevent it from happening again. They were a little expensive, but worth it.
