great, cleaned inside and outside portions and change filter ,drained a few gallons form water heater as a bonus. new micropore filter for the house

Mr. Ciotoli was punctual and serviced both mine and my father's furnace. My furnace is extremely old and he cleaned and checked all passage ducts to ensure they were working. Very nice and reasonable -- not a high pressure salesman trying to get you to buy a new furnace. He tries to work with what you have and won't pressure you into buying something, but will give you an honest and quot;diagnosisand quot; of what he finds and explains, as he is going through so you will have a better understanding, and can make an informed decision going forward.
