I have shopped at Babcocks for years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the store is stocked with high quality cycling gear and parts.

Things went very well; it is a good place. They are very professional; the staff there is knowledgeable, courteous and treats you nice. They know a lot about bikes so even if you do not know a lot they don't talk down to you.
