"Thank you [member name removed]. I am happy that you are satisfied. I have one simple motto, treat people how you wish to be treated. Please don't forget that I am here as a reference in the future with big or small questions. Good luck with your move! It is an exciting time!"
The total inspection lasted approximately 5 hours. When the inspection was complete we had all of our question answered, and we learned that we needed an electrician and a chimney specialist to review some findings. Tim provided us a report though e-mail 3 days after the inspection and a written report 5 days after the inspection. Overall my wife and I are very pleased, Tim gave us an excellent home inspection and made buying our new home a safer investment.
