All Seasons Windows & Siding

We ended up having to have a carpenter come in and re-do everything that they had done. We were getting water leakage around the windows. It cost us a lot to have everything re-done. I don't think they will be doing anymore business.

Signed contract on 9/29/09, I believe they started approximately 2 weeks later. Did not have all the windows, they were short by one so had to wait for completion of job until last window came in. As far as I can tell the quality of the windows themselves is good, it is the poor quality of the installation that is our main complaint with this contractor. The worst problem was with the front window, the new bay window was much smaller (less deep) than the old window, which they neglected to tell us. They had to remove the old cricket and wanted to put in flat siding under the window, which normally would have been fine, but we had red brick on both sides of the window. The only option they offered was the flat siding. We tried to find a match for the brick, but were unsuccessful. They ended up putting in the flat siding which does not look good on the front of the house with the brick. Also the inside trim job on the window was terrible, the corners were not lined up and not flush. We complained but were told by the owner/manager that if it was re-done it would look the same. My husband has since re-done it at our own expense and it now looks fine. I noticed on the smaller windows that caulking was falling off onto the lawn after they left. I didn't call back because I didn't want to deal with them again. This weekend (months later) my husband was cleaning out the gutters and found that on one window, they had neglected to put any caulking, and the wood is wet around the window. So that is why I am writing this review at this time to warn other consumers, that while their prices may be good, the quality of their work is not.
