On 3/23/2021, I paid WW Home improvement to remove the entire roof and to replace with new ones. Unfortunately he replace the new roof over the old roof. Overall I regret choosing this company for my roofing needs. The lack of professionalism ,workmanship and inadequate experience. In 2023 my roof started leaking. I would advise others to carefully research their options and ensure they hire a reputable roofing contractor to avoid the issue I encountered

Do not use this company they did a rip off roof and did not repair wood went over hole where they removed vent with aluminum and put shingle right over it good thing I went in the attic to look . I found several hole where plywood was not repaired and they shingled over the open hole. Worst ever.

Needed and new roof and was getting lots of big companies with sales pitches. Finally met with Walter, no sales pitch just â this is what Iâ ll charge to get the job doneâ . He was very knowledgeable and upfront, also a local small company that can handle any job. Close to winter he was able to sqeeze me to his schedule. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Some unexpected issues came up with the roof (Walters provided proof with pictures.) He was able to fix the issue without overcharging for the additional work and still be within the time frame. Some of my neighbors already asked for his business card. Very clean and professional. Would definitely hire them for other projects.

Walter the owner was reliable, we called him the last week of November, in one week he got started right away on the roof. His team was finished in 4 days. They did an entire roof tear out and replacement. We had an unexpected problem with our chimney caps of rotting which needed complete replacement. This frankly wasn't in our budget, Walter gave us a good deal on the work and it looked great. Clean up by the team was also in good order. The only negative we are still waiting on the GAF warranty certificate from the shingle manufacturer.

This company gave me TRUE ESTIMATE. Only honest estimate i received. Having over 60 small buildings i know a lot about repairs This company gave me estimate with ALL MATERIALS considered. All other quotes ( not from HA.com) gave more expensive estimates with unrealistic material needs. Meaning i know my roof needs Full sheeting because the existing cedar shake roof has none. Other estimate were much higher AND did not include sheeting so a higher estimate that does not include the required sheeting ?? I would trust Walter To provide accurate detailed estimates and beautiful work I would trust Walter and his crew
