Total $ 4000 was agreed to, 2000 for Floor Tiles and $2000 for glass enclosure. He was paid $2000 as advance. After the tile work was done, on first use the drain leaked and was going going to ceiling below. Philip said he would take care of it And came with another contractor for measuring glass enclosure. He was paid $ 1000 as advance. That was the end of his involvement with the project. He never really responded to my text messages and phone calls. I called the office and was told Philip works along with that company. Philip was paid $3600 already and the job is unfinished. I am totally disappointed with the shoddy and incomplete Job. I feel that Philip Carmella and his firm to be removed from Angie List.
