 + -1 moreFine. Not much to report. I went there. They produced the ladder and helped me strap it to the roof of my car. I returned it two days later and the billl was what I expected it to be.
Description of Work: I rented an eight-foot step ladder from them for two days' sue.

 + -1 moreIf you need to rent tools for any project this is definitely the place to go. They have a HUGE selection of tools, from small rollers like the one I rented all the way up to construction vehicles. The roller itself was in excellent condition and was exactly what I needed. The most impressive thing was the quality of staff at WTR. They were knowledgeable, polite and made the transaction go extremely smooth. In a time where customer service seems to have died it was refreshing to know that places like this still exist. I took my 18 month son with me to collect and drop off the roller. On both visits the WTR staff rushed over to assist me.

 + -1 moreI stopped by after striking out at that large, orange monstrosity up the road (don't get me started!). The guys were a pleasure to deal with - professional, helpful with instructions and advice, and polite. The machine itself was in good shape and easy to use. I will definitely be back for the next project.
