The crew arrived on time and after my Friday meeting (THANK YOU!!) The crew worked dilligently for 3 hours and got me home party ready. There were a couple of things missed but nothing I couldnt take care of in a few minutes. Very good experience and I would use them again.
My only concern is their pricing. When I booked a call back I was told $42 per hour per person. Then somehow it got to $47.50 on a sheet the crew carried. Not sure how thats possible but will see...

Generally satisfactory.  Some details missed, but they were responsive to request to go back to area   Excellent value for the service.

Have had to call the White Plains office manager after visits to request handling of some cleaning in a different way (to use stainless cleaner on Wolf range, for example, to focus on mildew in shower, or not to put wooden handled knives in dishwasher) - but only once, because the problem is not repeated.  It helps to have the same team each week.  Very responsive to concerns expressed.

I paid for the whole month but their service was not good. The lady who came didn't clean everything and that's why I don't have them here anymore.   

Doreen is the contact person. They are flexible. They are considerate to my needs. I think they do a good job at a fair price. I really don't have anything to compare their price to. The one or two times that something got damaged or broken they have been very forthright and transparent about reporting that and rectifying the situation.
