I had contacted many people but their price was much cheaper than everyone. They had a very good reputation. They had worked for my neighbors and my neighbors were very happy with them. We had visited their showroom and the things they had displayed were very nice. Their communication was very good. Their salesmen and their follow up were very good. I was very satisfied with their work. There was one slight thing for which they had to come back immediately to do the job. The skylight panels that were used were shipped out was seamed out a little bit and they came out and did that right. I didn’t have any problems with them. I would rate them high overall. I would use them in the future if needed.

Uniformly excellent experience. They provided advice regarding design and the drawings necessary for our construction permit application. Once the permit had been approved, they told us they'd be starting several months later, because they had other jobs in queue, but once they started, they'd work every day until the work was complete. Indeed they started work on the promised date, and worked every day until it was done. The principals (John and Mario) were on site at least once every day. The carpenters were careful, compulsive "old-school" craftsmen, and the materials were of excellent quality. We were delighted with the result - it has changed the entire character of our house, and consider the entire interaction with Suburban Sunrooms a very positive one. Please note that there's another evaluation on the list for "Suburban Construction" which I believe is a totally different (and unrelated) company.
