they were cordial and professional in there demeanor and work. the only reason they did not receive ' straight A's" is because they was some confusion in the communication when the TV was ready They told me three days. I waited 6 and called them to inquires as to the status of the work . they responded that the TV was ready three days before and they had left me a message relaying the info. Needless to say i did not get that message and none was found after I searched my VM. Other wise, the work was well done and the staff was attentive on site.

MY LG TV HAD NO POWER. .I CALLED STANTON TV ON A TUESDAY TO REQUEST A SERVICE CALL. THEY CONVENIENTLY ARRANGE APPTMTS IN 2 HOUR BLOCKS. I WAS GIVEN A TIME BETWEEN 7 AND 9 AM THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD CALL AND GIVE ME A FEW MINUTES WARNING. AFTER 7:30, THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED, IMMEDIATELY DIAGNOSED THAT THE TV NEEDED A NEW CIRCUIT BOARD, SAID ITS LIFE WOULD BE EXTENDED FOR A FEW MORE YEARS, QUOTED A PRICE OF $175, AND TOOK IT AWAY, TO BE RETURNED IN 3 OR 4 DAYS. TOTAL TIME: LESS THAN 10 MINUTES.
CALLED THE SHOP A FEW HOURS LATER AND ASKED FOR POSSIBLE SAT. DELIVERY:
THE TV HAD ALREADY BEEN FIXED AND WOULD BE DELIVERED TOMORROW!
THE COST WAS AS QUOTED PLUS TAX. THE TV WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, AND STANTON TV HAD A VERY HAPPY ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER.
I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE WITH ANY SERVICE VENDOR. I WISH THE WORLD ALWAYS WORKED AS HONESTLY AND RELIABLY AS STANTON TV. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE.
