I have been bringing my cars to Sato Auto repair since I’ve been driving, for general maintenance as well as repairs whenever needed. I work locally so it’s always been convenient to leave my car there for the day. I fully trust them to do the right job for the right price. I have never felt like they try to take advantage like many mechanics seem to do. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so!

I go to Sato Auto Repair regularly. They were very nice. They are good for general inspection. When I complained about the break they said there was no problem so I have to take it to the dealer.

Last year my car did not pass inspection. They immediately let me know what I needed to do to pass inspection. It was more than a burned out light bulb that time. I needed to get a new fuel injector. After it was fixed. They gave me a piece of paper explaining that the car needed to be reinspected after I drove it about 100 miles, but I had tried and failed the current inspection. This paper was so I had an explanation in case a police person pulled me over. I drove it about 115 miles, took it back, got it reinspected and that time it passed.
The bill was reasonable for the inspections and repairs. They did not try to raise the cost by fixing something unnecessary.
