When the president of the company is Sloppy, unresponsive ,unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional this causes great problems. This behavior was exhibited from he get go. His crew took no pride in their work as did he. They looked to blame one another as well as the president when things went awry. When they would come to work on a specific task, they would often cause other problems which needed repair. For example, plumber installed fireplace key and in doing so they cut a piece of the mantle ( this has not been fixed to date).
Do not be swayed by the seemingly laid back attitude of the builder, he is calculated and always over promises but under preforms. They will cut corners whenever they have the chance.
