Mavis Discount Tire

They told me that I needed brakes on my car and that my rotors were scored, and the pads were at 10% almost metal to metal. I do my own brake work, and none of those things were true. The pads had about 50% left and the rotors were fine.

Left it there for the day, at 5 Pm got a call that They do not have the tire and I will need the to leave the car overnight. Not sure why I could not of known this when the car was dropped. other than that things went well

I have gone to Mavis Tires several times to purchase tires and each time i have had to wait hours to get the tires installed, despite the fact that I had pre-arranged appointments. Most recently, I purchased a full set of tires from Mavis Tires and before the warrantee was up, my car wouldn't pass inspection cause the tires were too worn. I went back to Mavis and spoke to several employees who told me they couldn't help and to come back and speak with someone else. I finally got to speak with one of the managers who said he would need to contact the company to see if they would honor their warrantee; they provided me with a discount for two of the 4 tires. Each time I went to Mavis, I waited at length to speak with someone and then waited 3 hours to have my tires replaced (even though I had arranged for an apt. In advance). I have since checked with other independent tire companies and found i can get better prices and service elsewhere; I will not return to Mavis in the future.

The wait was a little long but there were several people there when I went. They were professional, the facility was clean and comefortable for the longer wait. I have had my new tires for several months and am happy with everything! will use them again if the need arises.

I went to about 4 to 5 different places and they had the best prices. They were flexible in their service. They had in-stock the tires that I wanted. They also offered tire protection and awaited warranty. They offered three tire rotation and wheel balancing; so in addition to just the purchases, they have other services that they offer. They are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They told me when the car would be ready and they were done when they said they would be done. I went in and it was extremely busy because they were having a sale. Nonetheless, I was attended within a reasonable amount of time. They kept their promise. There was diner across the road, so I had my breakfast and it was ready. Everything was good.

They are very pleasant people. There is no wait and they take my car within 15 minutes. They are very honest people and do not upsell unnecessarily. They do a great job and I have never taken my car back for the same reason. I will continue to use their services in future.

I made an appointment on-line and dropped the car off as scheduled. The job was completed on time with no problems. However, once I got home, I noticed that the price I paid for the tires was higher than on my reservation. I contacted the company, and was promptly refunded the difference.
