My experience with Mr. Marinelli and his workers was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When I explained the issue and that the work was for my elderly parents he said he couldn't promise to be there quickly and yet he was there the next day ready to work. He kept in phone contact with me informing me of what needed to be done and asking permission to proceed. He rerouted some pipes in an old house and did a fairly complicated job for a very reasonable price in a very short time. He charged what he said he would charge. He left the work site clean. It has been very hard to find a good plumber for the area where my parents are. Mr. Marinelli is smart, reliable, ethical, competent and fair. I just hope he will always be around for any future jobs!

Billy has now done two jobs for me and both results were excellent. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was terrific. He was on time and neat. Nothing was an issue for him, and he was clean. He did more than we had asked him to do and found him to be extremely helpful. He was a nice man.

Billy Marinelli came quickly to assess the problem and came back a couple of days later and fixed the problem. We were very pleased with the work he did. Additionally, he was extremely neat.  You never knew anyone had been there.

They finished ahead of time but could not fix the faucet problems. Got advice for obtaining replacement parts. Outside water line work was fine.

Very well. The plumber went with the least invasive diagnosis first and lifted an upstairs toilet off its base. He found a leak in the sealing between the toilet and the floor, repaired it and was out in one-half hour.

Plumber was very nice but couldn't figure out how to take the handle out. Finally after an hour, he figured it out that there were two screws. It should have been a less than 20 minutes job. I paid 155. They were polite, responsive but I was disappointed.

Excellent! Cost was very competitive. The installer was extremely professsional. He did a perfect job and very quickly. Showed on time and even installed the disposal faster than the time anticipated. Cost was exactly what we agreed upon. Definately NOT a rip-off!! I have had some rather unpleasant experiences with other plumbers in the past. I highly reccommend F. Marinelli.
