Very responsive. I was seen the day I called. It took a short time. They called me and it was perfect. I didn't have to pay because my insurance covered it. They did all the paperwork with my insurance company.

It went fine. It was ready on time. I had to remove the tapes the following day. He had replaced the stickers and EZ Pass holder on the windshield. I have subsequently had to tape the inspection sticker to keep it on the windshield in extremely hot weather, but it was fine when first moved. Dave's administrator is very adept at handling the insurance company.
