I was provided an estimate of $420 for the vent stack which included replacement of the flashing and $620 for the chimney. After sending in the signed contracts, I received a call one afternoon, with no notice, that they had finished other work early and would be there in an hour. They arrived at 4:35PM and were completed and back in the truck at 5:25PM. For the vent stack they had two men working about 40 minutes and seems ok. The work on the chimney was one man with a caulking gun for no more than five minutes for an additional $620. We then phoned to discuss the chimney charge, assuming there had been an error in the estimate. We spoke with Anthony Jr., son of the founder. After offering no explanation and refusing any refund or credit we were told, and I quote "this is America, if you don't like it, take your business elsewhere." We plan to take his advice and suggest that you do the same.

Work was well done

They sent a proposed contract promptly, set up a date a few days after I returned it and came when they said they would.  Problem is solved.

Everything went very well except, we were a little disappointed because we thought the repairs would be under warranty since the roof was just a few years old. Also they replaced some shingles and the colors dont match exactly. But our complaints are just mostly cosmetic. Overall good work.

We did not want the expense of getting a new roof and were worried we would be told we needed to get one. Anthony spent a long time with me, helping me work out what the issue was with our roof, looking inside the house to check damage as well and helped me to come up with solutions that were inexpensive and worked fine. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me a quote which I thought was more than reasonable. They were able to do the work within a week of my signing the contract which was a pleasant surprise..

As Anthony had quoted me an hourly rate, I was unsure as to whether they would go over the hours he had estimated. In fact, I received an invoice today and they have billed me for under the amount of hours estimated. I don't think you get more honest than that. This is a roofing specialist I would use again. The whole experience, was quick, efficient, painless and drama free. And Anthony really is a nice guy.

We were very pleased with how the job was managed. ARM Roofing supplied photos of the existing roof along with the job proposal, which was detailed explaining all the work to be formed, including cost. They were available and responsive to questions and performed the work in the timeframe agreed to. Photos were also provided after completion and recommendations were made regarding other work that should be performed, though without pressure that they perform the work.
We would use ARM Roofing again and recommend them to others.

Seems to have worked fine. There was a thunderstorm last night, with lots of rain; and, this morning, there were no
water leaks inside. ARM performed the work quickly and professionally, and I was able to review what was done with
the crew chief before the work crew left the premises. I especially liked the detailed description of what the project
would involve that came with the estimate--this functioned as a and quot;check listand quot; to review the finished job.

Storm Sandy caused damage on our roof and rain gutter, so we were looking for a reliable contractor to handle the repair. ARM roofing was recommended to us by a neighbor who had worked with them before. Mr. Fiore Jr. prepared the itemized estimate very quickly reflecting all issues discussed. Due to the winter season and the inclement weather, the actual work was carried out in mid January on a day with dry weather. ARMs team headed by team leader Bert arrived punctually and went straight to work.They were well organized and kept us posted on the progress of work; if there were several options to proceed they checked with us immediately.
The installation of the new rain gutter, new shingles and two Velux skylights was carried out between 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. During transportation one of the skylight frames had been dented, so when Mr. Fiore Jr. was made aware of this issue, he ordered the replacement part right away, which will be installed shortly.
We were very pleased with our experience and are happy with their work.

They actually knew what they were talking about. They came in 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment time. They were not late. They brought in everything that they needed. They explained to me what was going to happen and they were able to answer all our questions.

They were responsible and did what they had to do. The first time they charged $500 for the chimney work and this time, it was $300. They do what they say they will do. I would probably use them again.

Arm Roofing did an excellent job. They are very professional and the price was fair. They moved the debris and cleaned up after themselves. I spoke with the administrator in the office and she is very pleasant and could answer any questions that I had. They arrived right when they said they would and would call me if they were running late.

I was satisfied with their service. I would use again and recommend.

Arm Roofing was very fine. We have been doing business with them for 20 years. They come when they say they will, do what they say they are going to do, clean up, and then leave. Their customer service is excellent.

Everything has gone very well. They do an excellent job, and I have been very happy with them so far. They are knowledgeable and patient, and I will continue to use them.

IT WAS MODERATELY SATISFYING. IT WAS FINE, BUT IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. IT WAS NOTHING SPECTACULAR. IF THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPANY THAT OFFERED A HIGH QUALITY AT A LOWER PRICE, I WOULD BE INTERESTED.
