Excellent.

They are honest and the quality of work excellent, for example if one of the pipe will break, after defrosting or something like that it will break, they will come back and they will fix it so neat, they will do a good job.

Aqua Leisure was not the lowest in price...but the owner, Bill Rizzo, made me feel like he wanted to earn my business. He was refreshingly prompt, thorough and honest in his communications, sending his team to measure my pool and quoting in time to allow me to make an educated decision and have the cover made and installed just after Labor Day.

Joe and his assistant (sorry, forgot his name) were friendly, neat and knowledgeable technicians who installed the fittings into my pool deck without incident. They patiently answered all of my questions and worked almost silently...obviously a team who had done this many times before.

They cleaned up after they were done and took the time to explain the features, functions and benefits of my new cover while at the same time providing excellent advice on how to care for it during the winter. They also demonstrated how to use the hardware associated with installing and removing the cover.

After it was installed, Joe even agreed to do the and quot;elephant walkand quot; for me (Meyco's signature advertising campaign), strolling across the cover without incident, proving it was indeed a safety cover that had been properly installed.

I would strongly recommend Aqua Leisure to any pool owners in the area.

Didn't go. i called ask for a price to clean a pool part that has always taken about 30-45 min tops. they quoted a crazy, unreasonable price.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A POSITIVE ONE. THEY'VE DONE A DECENT JOB. THEY'RE ON TIME. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.
