one. I have been dealing with these people for years. I brought in my
old Dell computer, and they took care of the problems I had. They are
extremely honest, and I never paid a hefty price. When my old computer
got to a point where upgrading it would be expensive, I bought a
customized computer from them. I got exactly what I needed, and it
worked fine until I tried to add a new program, which caused a crash. I
brought in my computer, thinking it died, but after a week at the shop,
my computer was not only running fine, but upgrades [additional USB 2
and 3 ports] were added. I still have Windows XP, and when the time
comes to change it, I will, but I am never pushed to buy the newer
programs. Recommendations are made when I ask for them, though, and I am
always steered into the right direction. My computer works great, even
with all the extras I have on it (modem, router, Wacom tablet, web cam
(for Skype), connection to iTunes.com for my iPad 2 and iPod Touch 5,
Optimum Online, and a host of my favorite websites. They never
overcharge, and their services are worth every penny!
