We whole heartily regret ever dealing with this company. To start, they came and gave us an estimate and detailed the work they would do including repair. Everything seemed great. However, when the workers came, they had a different story. Apparently, the verbal quote we received was not accurate. Yes, that was our mistake, we should have gotten it in writing however, that doesn't excuse their wrongful representation. Unfortunately, they had us at a disadvantage because we needed the mold removed for our child's safety. So we preceded with the work. We asked then repeated if they were going to lift the sub-flooring to verify that the mold had not spread. They assured us that it had not and that it was only on the surface. Needless to say, they were wrong. 2 weeks later when we went to install the new flooring, the contractor took up the sub-flooring and of course revealed an entire area of mold directly below the "remediated" area. The company refused to acknowledge their mistake or do anything to fix the issue. They sent a representative who said, "oh that's not mold", and he wouldn't even test it. So $1500 later, we feel completely robbed. Save yourself from this and go with another company.

We had a bad experience in dealing with them. They seemed adequate in general until we found that they were dumping a lot of the stuff including LED paint that they stuff out from the basement in the far edge of our backyard. On that same day that we discover that they also broke our back screen door and they ripped our clothes dryer out of the wall and didn't tell us. So, the next time my wife went to do laundry she started smelling smoke. She turned it and I looked behind it and found it that the duct vent was competently ripped or torn out and it was basically a complete fire trap. The remediation process itself which consisted of removing the backed up water and running some industrial fans and dehumidifiers in the basement for a couple of days and treating the surfaces with some sanitizing solution that service seemed fine but it was accompanied by a wake of damage and frustration. Their initial estimate for this service was $1800 and they ended up billing to our insurance company twice that and they never told us. They never gave us the final estimate and never told us how much they were billing to our insurance company. So, the entire thing was a disaster and every time I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I was unable to ever get connected to one. So, I called the corporate office to make a complaint which may or may not have resulted in anything. I would strongly recommend that nobody use this company.
